How secure is internet ordering?
  When we ask for personal information, you will notice that there is a lock in the status bar of your browser indicating that you are connected to our server on a secure line. This means that information entered here can not be viewed or intercepted by unauthorized people as it is sent between your browser and our servers. We encrypt all information that you submit in ordering one of our products using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.

What is your return policy?
  If you have an item to be returned, the first step is to email (service@bigandtalltshirts.com) or call us. Returns will be accepted for exchange or refund, for any reason, within 30 days. All returns must be in new, unused condition. No returns will be accepted that have been washed, altered, dirtied, or damaged. If it is our error, we will arrange shipping and rush the replacement shirt to your door. All returns must have prior authorization. This policy allows us to track your return so that it can be processed as soon as possible.

Refunds are credited to the card used to place the original order only. Refunds are for the merchandise total, shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Why are some shirts available in limited colors?
  Some designs only work with light shirt colors. If they were printed on dark colors, they would not be visible. The same goes for some designs that only print in black or white ink.  Each design is available in the colors listed on the pull down menu.

What does front or back mean?
  Designs can be printed on the front or back of your shirt. If you do not select a location, the design will be printed on the front of the shirt.

Can I pay by check or money order?
  Yes. You can mail in an order to pay by check or money order. We would be happy to accommodate your mail-in order. To process a mail order, simply place your order as if you were paying by Visa, all the way to the “Finalize Order” page. This page contains all your order information and shows your total cost, including shipping. Do not enter your credit card number on this page. Instead, print this page and mail it to us with your payment: 3615 Green Point Rd, East New Market, MD 21631. The printed page is the only record of the order we will have. The online ordering system will not track your order. When we receive the order we will process it manually. Your order will ship as soon as the funds have cleared our bank.

How long will it take for my shirt to arrive?
  Typically, your order ships within 48 hours from receipt of order. You will be notified of any backorder by e-mail. You select the shipping method at checkout. Please allow 3 days for USPS Priority Mail Service. Any expedited orders will be given priority status, and we will try to ship them as soon as possible, but they may still be subject to the 48 hour processing time. Please contact us with any hard deadlines via phone or email, and we will try to accomodate you.

Many of our sizes will be lightly stocked due to low demand. These may include such sizes as 8x and above, and smaller tall tees, as well as those with rare combinations. As an example, 9x, tall, long sleeve, gold, t shirt is something we will most likely not have in stock. Backorder notices will be sent out in these cases, and we will let you know when to expect them. Please contact us with any hard deadlines.

How can I pay for my shirt?
We accept Visa and MasterCard American Express and Discover. We can accept checks or money order by mail. See question number 5 above. We do not ship merchandise until the funds have cleared our bank.

What is your warranty policy?
We provide first quality shirts that are intended to be free of defects and high quality. If a defect occurs, it is generally visible after the first washing. Big and Tall T-Shirts will replace any defective garment during the first 30 days. If you have an item to be returned, the first step is to email (service@bigandtalltshirts.com) or call us. All returns must have prior authorization. This policy allows us to track your return so that the replacement shirt is shipped as soon as possible. Any shipping costs associated with returning the item to us are the customer's responsibility unless prior arrangements are made. We will ship the replacement item at our cost. No return will be accepted without prior authorization. Our warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective item. No other warranty is expressed or implied. Please note all laundering instructions on the label. Wash all shirts with similar colors in cold water. All 100% cotton clothing will have minimal shrinking when laundered. We have used pre-washed materials to minimize shrinkage. Normal wear and tear, fading after time, normal shrinkage and failure to follow laundering instructions are not covered by this warranty, and are part of the life of the garment.

Do you accept international orders?
Currently Big and Tall T-shirts ships to the  United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and many other countries. Credit card processing requirements, and areas with high incidence of fraud may force us not to ship to some countries. Please e-mail us to see if shipping to additional countries is possible.

Why are talls extra? Aren't they really the same size?
NO! If we sold the industry standard "need a tall just to get a normal length shirt," we could offer our talls at the same price. However, our talls are 4-6" longer than our generously cut regular shirts. Unfortunately, we pay a premium for these great quality shirts. Still, these shirts are a strong value. They are the most comfortable, best fitting, Truly Tall shirt you will ever purchase. See our Sizing page for more information.
